1. 系統代理
1.1 打開 Opera 瀏覽器並點擊設置
1.2 向下滑動頁面，點擊高級
1.3 找到系統，點擊“打開您計算機的代理設置”
1.4 點擊打開代理服務器，輸入代理憑證，點擊保存
1.5 新開窗口檢測IP地址，就是分配的代理
2. 程序代理
2.1 打開 PIA 客戶端，轉到 Program
2.2 點擊瀏覽添加Opera瀏覽器
2.3 右鍵單擊 Go ProxyList
2.4 單擊啟動代理以獲取代理憑據
2.5 選擇一個 IP 右鍵點擊 Program connect
2.6 右擊運行
2.7 瀏覽器會自動運行，打開新窗口，檢測IP地址，就是分配的代理
