打開 Vivaldi > 設置 > 網絡 > 代理設置 > 單擊以啟用代理服務器 > 輸入 IP 地址、端口 > 保存
1. 打開Vivaldi，點擊左下角的設置圖標
2. 選擇網絡，點擊代理設置
3. 點擊打開代理服務器，輸入IP地址、端口，點擊保存
4. 新開窗口檢測IP地址，就是分配的代理
