Configure the proxy

Download and install Maxthon browser
Step 3
Add proxy settings
1. Click on the right menu bar, click Settings;
2. Click Advanced, then click the Open proxy settings button;
3. Click Use a proxy server, enter Address and Port, and click Save;
4. Open a new window to view the IP, which is the assigned proxy.
