About Refunds

Since offers are intangible and irrevocable items, once an order has been placed and the product dispatched, we will not issue refunds. It is your responsibility as a customer to be aware of this when purchasing anything on our website.

We will not refund any paid services that are not a feature of the product. Please note that all payments are final. If you think an proxy or software is not working properly, we are here to help.

Non-refundable activities:

(1) The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.

(2) The customer account is frozen or suspended due to the customer's illegal activities.

(3) Violation of Customer's obligations (as defined in the Terms of Use) regarding acceptable use of the System or Service.

(4) Customer has started transmitting or receiving data through the system, provided the customer purchases the bundle through the customer dashboard in the system.

(5) The quality of service provided complies with the conditions specified in the service level agreement.

(6) The purchased plan package has expired.

(7) The connection quality and connection speed are limited by the capabilities of the third party and are not controlled by PiaProxy. PiaProxy does not guarantee any quality measurement of the quality of Internet connections provided by third-party Internet service providers, and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are a non-refundable event.

(8) Reject the software on the client side. As long as the client may use third-party or proprietary software (client software) to access the system or use the system, PiaProxy is not responsible for the compatibility of the client software with the system.

About return shipping

Since offers an intangible product with no associated shipping charges, there are no shipping refund requests.
